sometimes dogs or other animals (ok, human is an animal too, but you see what i mean) are good for people who would be lonely otherwise...
but is a dog good enough, or does a human need a human to be happy in live ?
I guess it's better than having noone at all...and often animals are more faithful and more reliable than humans, so that's another advantage...
Even though *libelle is probably right and one is interpreting too much into the shot. That's what I often don't like about pictures like these, and even more so about things in the "conceptual" gallery. Making a single leaf, a tree, whatever into a melodramatic statement about humanity...that's just not my thing.
Anyway, nice capture, and black and white was most probably a good choice.
i don't want it to be a melodramatic shot at all, it has positive aspects to me. choose the own lifestyle, not being responsible for another person, have a true friend, ...
if you thinkt its a sad shot, maybe you need a dog too ?
Yes...there are two sides to it, you are right. The more often humans disappointed you, the more willing you probably are to choose a dog instead...
I'm more of a cat person. I used to be scared of dogs when I was younger, and even though this fear is largely gone now, I still wouldn't want to have one in my home.
Cooles Foto!
